• Lebanon: 1–5 business days
• Europe: 5–10 business days
• International: 7–20 business days

Free shipping promotions may apply to selected orders or regions.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, when available.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees determined by your country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Hall of Fame is not responsible for customs delays or additional import charges.

6. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before completing your order.

Hall of Fame is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by customers.

7. Lost or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If your package appears lost, please contact the shipping carrier first. You may also contact us for assistance.

8. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

• Your order number
• Photos of the damaged item and packaging
